B Birth place obtained from birth certificates of children. This birthplace doesn't seem to exist. There is a Victoria in Cornwall. As for the first two locations in this record, they may be in London, for example, or elsewhere. On some of his children's birth certificates in NZ it says he was born in Ballarat, Victoria; on others', England. This conflict should be taken care of. See new notes as well.
